I don't like suicide in the news. They always include these little 'do you need help? Call this number' paragraphs and then they link to the suicide hotline where people pretend to care. They don't. Sorry, I don't have links. You wouldn't be able to read the articles in my language anyway :-)

Goodness. I called one time and this lady was SO apathetic. She couldn't even pretend to care on the phone... That's when I realized a nt could never understand this situation. Never called again...

Often times they don't mention the method, in certain cases not even the term "suicide"; you can tell from the "do you need help" text below that it's about suicide.
I suggest to look into historic newspaper articles.

Omg one of my biggest pet peeves is when some sort of company is like "we are here for you" and they say really cliche shit that just isnt true and they act like they know u and its so annoying.

I remember when a friend of mine committed suicide one and half years ago they had a small column on a local paper (we're from a small town so everybody likely knew already) where they basically just said who he was and what had happened. No comments or hotline numbers or anything (hell I don't think we even have them here).
This one created a shitstorm of controversy. The only commentary I care to offer is that it was her (Suzy Gonzales) decision to make, and the animus directed at A.S.H. by Ms. Gonzales' family and the media is misplaced. I'm sure they'd disagree with me.

I'm always interested in the young women in similar situations as me. We (suicidal people) all have the same questions, worry about the same things, have the same thought processes....
