I think what tesla understood is that if you create a vibration equal to the vibration of the surroundings the atoms would become unglued to there (apparent) physical mass (i say apparent because atoms have no physical mass they are just energy e=mc2) thereby destroying that structure.

sorry, I am terrible at physics. Are you saying if we manage to create a vibration at cellular level which the human cells are vibrating at and apply the same to the human body, we can detach the atoms at subcellular level and achieve death?
