The minimum required height for a fall starts at 150 feet (45 meters)

You need to pay attention to the busyness of the street, pavement material, no cars near the house, eaves, wires, poles and trees. All of these can slow your fall and guarantee your survival, along with further disability and broken bones.

I don't consider the jumping method to be a bad one, provided all the necessary conditions are met. It is a lethal and lightning fast method.

I can't speak accurately about the height of your house or floor. You could try to determine the height of your ceiling or model home to find out the exact specifications. And then calculate them, however, in that case, there is a possible margin of error that could probably play a role.

When falling, it is important to try to land on your head rather than on your feet to increase your chances.
