Today I yet again tried partial hanging, I used a belt put it through the buckle to form a noose the other end I threw over the door and closed the door. The belt tightened I then suspended my body in a seated position I began to feel slight dizziness, ringing/buzzing in my ears, a red face and my heart thumping, however I wont pass out what could I be doing wrong?

The belt most likely isn't cutting off the blood flow in your carotid arteries (or else you'd pass out in 5 to 20 seconds). For a lot of people (like me unfortunately) it's really hard to successfully press down on them. I'd try to put something like rolled up socks or small bean/rice/sand bags on the respective sides on your neck where your carotid arteries are located and then putting the belt around your neck so it cuts off the blood flow more easily because the pressure is concentrated on your carotid arteries. If you want more detailed instructions, check out the "Night-Night method" on this website. It's something akin to partial hanging with the difference that you're lying down or sitting whilst cutting off the blood flow in your carotid arteries using small hard bags and strong duct tape or a ratchet. There are supposed to be a few people who have successfully (and peacefully) commited suicide with this method but for most (like me) it doesn't really work since it's pretty difficult to find one's "sweet spot" on their neck so it's probably easier with partial hanging to pass out. No matter what you decide I wish you the best of luck!
