• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I have bipolar disorder and I have problem studying. I just can't keep information, since I started the treatment my memory doesn't seem to work. I'm impatient and can't pay attention. How are you supposed to live without the ability to learn?
Anyone else with TB who has trouble studying? What helped you?
Have you noticed any other difficulties since receiving the diagnosis?

Im not diagnosed but my psychiatrist assumes I do but still not sure but yes I can relate from not being able to focus.

As if for school less focused or completely unmotivated from college, mood swings for no apparent reasons that makes me study even more difficult.

Used to be a decent student but now I can't even stand power points cuz I find them really boring plus no i get easily distracted.

And the anxiety for an exam or project makes me anxious af to the point I can get body aches , nasuea, migraines and even vomiting.

Ofc everyone is different.
To be honest I dunno how I passed maybe the anxiety kept me up at night

But I really wish you the best your not alone. ♡

I have Bipolar and I never noticed a memory deficit since treatment, but I do have problems retaining things. What really helps me are memory palaces. You're basically moving through a room where you store the information needed in different spots. I find it Is miraculously effective when it comes to retaining information. You should look them up.
