• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I don't know what to believe
Ever since my mental health started to decline, I've questioned God.
Why does he insist on bad things always happening to me? Does he do it because he thinks I'm worth it? Does he do it to see me overcome struggle? Does he do it because it's funny?
Am I supposed to thank him for my achievements? For the knowledge and skill I've gained and the good things that have happened to me? I dont think that's right. I've worked for everything I've gotten. I've learned and grown all by myself. Why I supposed to thank this God for all my hard work?

So, I'm Jewish and your post seems like it might be from a (fundamental) Christian perspective, but I figured I'd reply before any anti-thiests (not athiests, they're cool with me) get here.

We all have free will. So, no, G-d isn't purposely causing bad things to happen to you. And no, you don't have to thank G-d for achievements that you fought for. That is your free will. Somehow I doubt an all-powerful being would throw a pissfit if you didn't thank him for everything that happens in your life like some religous people try to claim he would. You won't get smote, don't worry.
