i've been so stressed these past few weeks that i am in constant physical pain. my upper back is constantly aching. i got an hour long massage this week hoping it would help but it returned in a couple days. it's so bad that i have a hard time sleeping because i can't get confortable and then i wake up and am immediately in pain again. i know it's stress related because of where it's located and i can feel how tense my muscles are just by touching them. i'm sure stretching would help but i need to bring myself to be able to get out of bed long enough to do that

omg i totally feel u, my back (and body in general tbh) has been in so much pain for weeks :( sometimes i can't even fall asleep bc of the discomfort, and having to get out of bed is literally the worst. even the stretches i do don't seem to help. i feel like i spend so much of my time just trying to make the pain stop somehow
