so...

i was practicing with my rope earlier and, before losing conciousness my legs began to spasm uncontrolably, which i know its pretty common but, something weird happened in my head, too

i heard this intense static noise inside, aswell as this sorta "bzzzt" kinda sound within the static, like a short circuit

n for afew seconds it felt like i couldnt think, it was the weirdest thing...

i just stood there, staring at my spasming legs but i couldnt formulate any thought, despite having my eyes open n still being fully aware

has anybody experience things like this?

well, i know our brains are run on electricity but, it almost felt for a moment like i was an android or something

first and foremost:welcome to the club!!Since my method of choice is hanging, too and after quite a few "dress rehearsals" rest assured that your experience is nothing to worry about-quite on the contrary:you were very close to losing consciousness which wouldhave resulted in successfully ctb. What made you back out,if it's not too personal?

well, i backed out because i was practicing, trying to get a feel of it, yknow?

i didnt had the rope attached to an anchor point or anything, i just used my hands.

but yeah, it was truly the strangest experience...

i wonder, if... when we lose conciousness through blood compression, if we feel any pain afterwards?

as the organs begin to shut down, n all...

i've tried looking around for this info but, apparently those who have attempted and survived, cannot recall anything so...

perhaps theres some scientific studies on this?

as a medical doctor I can assure you that once you blacked out you won't feel any pain-just like when under the effect of general anaesthesia, same physiological principle
