I am thinking about taking my 'death kit' (currently: 250 g SN, 12 g amitriptyline, a pack of cimetidine, 4g alprazolam, a few opioid painkillers - metoclopramide is on the way) and basically putting it in a security box and putting that security box somewhere that is not my home. But also somewhere reasoably accessible. Just burrying it somewhere is not an option for me.

Any ideas? Is a safety deposit box a bad idea?
Also, if there is a raid, can the police read your private notes?

It's not weapons-grade plutonium, I think this is a bit overkill.

I wanna help but I'm a little confused. Do you want easy access to this box while trying to hide it from others? or are you trying to hide it from yourself?

Safes and security boxes require separate search permits. Although, they are allowed to take them on the day on the raid, they just have to wait for a warrant to actually look in them.

New method!? What's the regimen and can I get it on the DW?

I want access to the stuff, while, in the event of a raid, it not being found. I have been in touch with people in the UK (I am in Ireland though) who had their homes searched and materials confiscated

Why are you in fear of being raided over SN?

I'm not, I'm just being overly precautious.
I would work to alleviate those thoughts, If you store things outside of the home, say shed or the likes, good chance of vermin having a chew on them. Just stash the stuff in an old pair of boots and put it in the back of your wardrobe.

Stick it up in the ceiling.

Unscrew a vent and place it back there, only tie a string to it and tape it down so no one can see the box if they look in there for some reason but you can pull it out if/when needed.

Basements also have floor joists above them, see if you can do something there.

If you have a pull down storage space or attic you can stick it up there in the insulation between the ceiling beams.

Good luck

I see. I would store them in something like this (I imagine then it would just be temperature that would affect the goods):
Amazon product ASIN B0158OFIH2

Why not go all-out and install one of those false bookcases that grind open and reveal a secret passageway, when the correct book is pulled? Since it's Halloween, and all.

That may draw attention to it. Like Ohhhh what's in this box? Must be something they want to keep hidden! I'm with Stan. I'd take a deep breath and not worry about a raid unless there's something we don't know about the situation.
