that's the closest I've ever been to cbt. there is a mix between fear and satisfaction coursing through my veins as I am experiencing for the first time in a while an adrenaline rush. don't have the words to describe it, but when holding it there was a sudden urge to cbt immediately. those cristals are overtaking my mind.

now all that's left is setting a date.

no problem. I'll use tagamet, but from what I've gathered any H2 blocker is fine (according to Stan, you shouldn't go for protons pump inhibitors)

If it helps you can buy an electric measuring spoon, they're not as heavy as scales so they're my preferred option.

I'll try looking for tagamet in my local pharmacy.
