I've always read that suicides peak during the spring, not the winter holidays as is commonly thought. My own depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation certainly spikes in the spring. I also drink more. How about you?
I'm always wishing to die every waking moment no matter what the weather is like. Simply just being awake makes the thought of non existence sound so incredibly appealing to me, but the time of year that I find the most horrible is the summer as the warm weather makes existing more unbearable.
