It's been discussed here a while ago and it's not clear unfortunately. Not worth the risk in my opinion. Better safe than sorry.

Do you mean because of the purity, or the shipping?
Well, the purity is very good, but they don't ship abroad.
There is a possibility, but there are already some posts about it from other members here.
