I don't know why this get asked a lot - I think it's a bad idea listening to something that makes you feel emotional as you are to ctb. More chances of SI to kick in imo.

If I had to choose some music like I mentioned in other threads I'd go with Funeral Cry by Dark Sanctuary, the music is about wanting to die after all so it feels appropriate.
