I feel your pain and relate to the guilt and self blame. We never know the whole story, as I don't know yours. Your reaction tells me it was not your intention for them to decide what they chose and nobody can make or unmake our decisions. I'm sorry for what is happening around you now

I obviously can't properly asses whether you are to blame for the suicide of your friend or not from the limited information you have provided, But I will tell you this, that there is no way in hell you confiding in your friend about your own suicidal ideations, made them suicidal. They where (Assuming) already suicidal, and had most likely planned there own death for a while before, or had done it impulsively, (none of which you are to blame for).

There is absolutely no blame which should be assigned to you, or that you should assign to yourself, there actions, where there action, and there's only.

However I imagine that it's not that easy, having a stranger over the internet tell you that your not to blame for an incident they have absolutely no understanding of. So all I can say is that there's no mental benefit you gain from blaming yourself, as Is evident by your post, such thoughts have clearly brought you a large amount of distress.

So any advice I could give you is try not to think about it, and as stereotypical as it sound try to think of only the good times you had with them.

as for your other two friends, I can't comment as You provided very little information, but assuming you confiding in them harmed them, it was most Likely also something which they as individuals did to themselves that caused this harm, rather than you opening up about your problems.

Take care, and try not to blame yourself for actions outside of you control.

The first one has tried to take their life multiple times before. Other 2 have basically became either very hopeful. Or just well... Cant actually describe it. Horrifed? Don't know.
