Some questions on SN?

Hi guys I am pretty new here! I just have a few questions before I order SN that the main forum doesn't go over.

1. if SN is so legal (according to the forum), why do people have a hard time finding it? Will I have a hard time finding it? It doesn't seem like it but I live in the US.

2. How much grams of SN do I need to mix with water? It says to buy 100G but it also says this is more than enough, does it matter how much I mix with the water?

2. 20-25g per one cup, also reccomended to make atleast two in case you throw up

I'm not really because I don't live there. However in the search bar i've found this. One person said they've had a visit, i think a welfare check.

Confused about SN situation (United States)

New here, just made an account today and been reading up on SN but I'm so confused as to what the situation is on obtaining SN in the US. I have two questions. Has anyone had visits from LE in the US? Can I obtain SN (CTB amount) in the US?
