Help Some questions for SN and PH Surviors

Hi,
I'm planning to CTB real soon and I can't imagine getting a 2nd chance if this one fails. So here are some questions for the survivors.
1. Why/How did you fail?
2. If you were found, how long was it before you were found?
3. Is it advisable to do both at the same time?
4. Is 4-5 hrs of no disturbance enough? Anything beyond that would raise suspicion.
