Ideally need to fast 12h before taking sn and I belive taking the anti sickness tablets a few hours before and then one 30mins before taking the sn.

Beta blockers can help with a racing heart rate, but are not necessary they say- they can help though for making it less stressful. Some people call 911 due to a racing heart so a beta blocker seems to help chances some.

If my heart is beating too fast the last thing I will do is call 999 (911 us) …….i want to die, it will be painful at some point
