Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Honestly, I don't understand why case studies like this are fear mongering. It's important to understand what one is getting into, including any potential negative repercussions. Is there context I'm missing here?
I only said that because when this post first came out, there were a lot of other posts warning about SN too. So at the time, I looked at this post as fear mongering (we already had seen this article through another post). When it's by itself, it doesn't seem that way anymore. I'm just as afraid as other people here that we will have a bad experience with SN. I truly hope I have a peaceful passing.
