I'm not CTBing since Trump won. What worries me is if he'll enact Project 2025, mainly in my case anti trans laws. I think what we've seen from his presidency before, he'll be too stupid to enact anything. At least that is my hope. Hopefully nothing changes and we can move on from this weirdo on the next election. I wasn't planning on ending my life so early, hopefully I won't have to. Please for the love of god...

Its a plan of conservative guidelines for governing and changes, but it would take years and many votes for different parts to be put through Congress. While I don't think Trump himself will do anything (I think he just likes seeing himself at the very top and do basically nothing once he gets up there), the people who give him money and his trusted colleagues are more competent at getting things done. Just look at JD Vance.
Unfortunately, I feel like even if Trump leaves office or dies this movement of hate and power that so many politicians have bought into will not go away, and whichever republican will replace Trump will be worse, because they might actually be evil AND competent. Though I do definitely see something horrible happening to undocumented immigrants this next term. If anyone reading this is undocumented or their family is I'm so fucking sorry. I have no idea why so many people hate you.
Though I do believe as long as their are some people fighting and helping out their communities things won't get as bad as they could get. I wish I had the motivation to do that. Helping others makes me really happy but I'm too much of a pussy to leave the house and talk to others right now.

The government involves a lot more than just the president. There's congress, house etc.
One person cannot change things too much without cooperation from others & Trump has been such an asshole to others that he will get lots of backlash.
To those who want to CTB because of an election:
1) did u vote? If not maybe vote next time. Don't complain if you didn't vote.
2) For those who voted, just grin & bare the next 4 years. We will be ok.

I guess a lot of people are in for a brutal lesson about what most of human history was like before those pesky liberals started stinking up the joint with their nonsense about compassion, enlightenment, individual merit, and personal liberty.
