Help So I've been thinking I might go the SWB route any tips on how to hyperventilate I've tried several times but I can't see to feel light headed

You don't need to breath through your nose through that, quite the contrary, you are supposed to rapidly breath through your mouth.

Yes valky is correct. You do this through your mouth. Short breaths very quickly then stop. Hold your breath
