Put the glass you are going to drink out of on the scales and put it in the glass

You set the scales to zero once the glass is on there

Oh I was just asking how to measure the SN I wasn't gonna do it right away. Besides unless I somehow manage to take my SN outside or while everyone is sleeping there's no way I can ingest it.
