Is SN worth trying without an antienemic?

I have nothing. I am living with my parents and have not one friend. I wasted a lot of people's money by attempting to live on my own- I ended up losing job after job and quitting school. I do literally nothing all day every day, just scroll through my phone. I just need my existence to be over. I went to inpatient and it just made me realize that everyone there at least had a life- relationships and such. I have not one. I have no interests even. I'm so depressed. I've tried meds and everything and I just need to be done.
I'm struggling to get an antienemic though

You can be succesful without using anti-emetics, but will build up more fear i.e. worries in your mind that it won't succeed.

Try to get prescription for meto. Say you have migraines and they hurt more and more each time, that you feel very nauseous, have to vomit severely and are convinced an anti-emetic which crosses the blood-brain barrier will relieve you.
