Hey,

I have decided to use SN to ctb. However PPeH's instruction are unclear. Can anyone give me step by step instructions on how to do it? (assuming I have access to every medication)

New protocol says to use only metoclopramide and some benzos:

I think the only thing sure is the meto, the other stuff is up to you

What if you can't get meto? Isn't it prescription only?

Yes, at least in my country is not on the counter, i brought them (plasil tabs) from an online pharmacy based in mexico i think, it was risky but it was only 15€ so i tried
