So I don't have the anti-emetic or the diazepam etc. I only have SN. If I just take the SN will it work alone and be peaceful or will there be side effects

Plus I will have a second glass of sn as a backup. Should this fail to do the job due to some unforeseen circumstance, I have a 45cal derringer as a backup to my backup. There are side effects with and without medication. There are Sid effects from SN then from medication too. Meto can cause some serious side effects. Make yourself familiar with things and questions SN doesn't seem to have any adverse side effects while meto sometimes does so it's upto you and your research.
And noone can recount all the scenarios it also depends on the person how their body would react so you have to read them.

Yes meto is scary! Can cause body movements that can become permanent like akathesia

Read it somewhere that you're not suppose to ingest THC prior to SN, smoking or vaping helps but ingesting is no bueno. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I though it wasn't recommended. That being said, Ive taken 5x the recommended dose of a cannabis 20:1 THC MCT infusion and it felt like I was on opiates… I had no idea weed could do that. I often think about taking it in a super high dose prior to SN to kill the pain.
