Can anyone give me there opinion on my regime that I am considering? It would be taking sn without an antiemetic. Im not even sure I will take sn as it is still my second pic as far as methods go but need to have everything in place if so. I am unable to get antiemetic because of prescription requirement. I could try my local doctor but haven't yet. I have checked a few recommend places to order from but they require prescription too. There are also a few other reasons as why i would prefer not to order from them. Also it says that meto causes depression in people with or without a history of depression and thats definitely not what I need more of. So with that said I have pretty much everything else I would need except propranolol which sounds like it isn't necessary but would be nice if so. Here is what I am considering. Keeping it simple.
Eating light the day before and day of.
Fasting 4-6 hours before.
2hr before - Meloxicam or naproxen
1hr before alprozolan/generic for zanex .5 — 1
45 min before ( possible a Percocet if I have any left over if not will skip this step)
30 min before 800mg Tagamet
25mg SN mixed in 50ml warm water.

The tagamet doses are 200mg a piece. It says to take 800 mg of this but that seems really high. Tagamet instructions say to not take more than one in 24 hrs. So I'm not sure if 800mg is necessary.
Any input will be appreciated.
Thanks

Have you taken Naproxen previously? I ask this because it can cause stomach discomfort with some people. The Xanax/alprazolam is a good idea and the Percocet - you wouldn't necessarily need Naproxen because Percocet would take care of the possibility of a mild headache plus the mixture of a benzodiazepine and oxycodone is relaxing. As for the Tagament instructions, follow the regiment of 800 MG - the instructions of only 200 MG are meant for someone not trying to CTB so I really wouldn't worry about it seeming too high of a dose.

Also: meto causing depression is meant more in context of a person continuously taking the medication as in long term treatment, not just 48 hours. Hope that helps.

Hi Halo13,
Thanks for the info. I was wondering if anyone was going to reply.
1. Yes I have taken naproxen for like 2 yrs or so. Not taking it now. I was on the most hardcore Anti inflamatories for like 3.5 - 4 yrs straight. None of it seemed to mess my stomach up so I guess I should be ok with that.
2.I still have plenty of the Zanex/alprazolam so thats not an issue either.
3. Hopefully I can find a Percocet or hydrocodone. If not I will skip this step and tough it out. I should still have some around here somewhere.
4. Tagamet- Not a problem to take 800. I was just unsure.
I might try to see if I can source any of the mentioned antiemetics through a local doctor but I may just say screw it. Good to know though that at least with what I have currently for this method gives me a pretty good chance of successfully catching the bus if I decide to go with this one. I would also need to make up 2 extra glasses of sn so that I would be ready to attempt to take another if I threw up as Stan stated. As some people have stated I guess I could still throw up with or without the antiemetic. I would definetely be worried that i would throw it up and then not be able to take the second glass or possibly throw it up as well but I guess that's just a risk I would have to take with this method. Ive been toughing this out for many yrs and its just getting harder and harder to continue. CTB seems like a stone cold reality at this point. Just need to have all these methods in place and then will be ready. Good to know that technically I could wake up tomorrow and then go with this. Thanks again for info.

No problem. It's unfortunate we have to do some guesswork with SN, as it isn't clear if the vomiting part in particular is a failure. From what I've read, it seems like most do vomit however those have still ctb. You may have a strong stomach though - if all the antiinflammatories didn't bother you much, this might not even be a problem. I definitely agree having another glass or two of SN is a good idea. Is tomorrow your exit day or just relieved to have the option now? Either way, I hope it goes well. I'm sorry it's come down to this for you but I can certainly relate as it is inevitable for me also.

Hello Hallo 13,
Thanks for the kind words. Yes I would agree that I seem to have a strong stomach. Based on reading people's experiences and opinions then I would have to assume that i would seem to have a pretty high chance of succeeding with the sn method and the regime that I have stated even without the antiemetic. Yeah I am glad that I have everything in place for this method and a few others for when the time comes. No I don't have a specific exit day planned yet but my unavoidable end is coming for sure at this point. Appreciate your opinion and info. Hopefully something will work out for you so that it doesnt have to end like this for you too but if not then at this point I guess we may be in the same predicament.

Meclizine is OTC in the US and is a dopamine blocker antiemetic like meto. I plan on using it as a replacement. Probably not as strong as meto but itll help better then nothing. Go to a pharmacy and check the active ingredients in all the motion sickness stuff.
