It's not advisable, but it is still very viable.
Taking other drugs with the SN can potentate it, as well as make the ctb process more peaceful.
Without supplementary drugs , the process will likely be less peaceful, and you'll have a higher chance of failure. But you don't NEED them. They are supplementary.
