I was wondering if the following protocol is effective even without benzos. I don't have any on me and getting them is an effort I can't make. Could it still work?

- 7am: begin fasting
- 9am: 2 x 5g metoclopramide tablets (Maalox nausea)
- 12pm: 2 x 5g metoclopramide tablets (Maalox nausea)
- 3pm: 2 x 5g metoclopramide tablets (Maalox nausea)
- 3:40pm: first SN drink

I suppose it is quite a simple protocol. Yet I think I've seen people successfully ctb with just SN. Not sure though.
