Method SN with sleep medicine

I am not aware if this was already talked about, but I'm wondering if I ingest some sleep medicine and after that take SN, so I won't risk waking up suffocated and vomiting. Would this work?

The protocol recommends benzodiazepine for losing conciousness faster. I believe you'd be concious regardless for a good amount of time, so symptoms like nausea etc will still occur.

I mean, I can't really get Benzodiazepine, so I'd have to be recurring to other medicine. Just wish to know how long does the SN need to take effect?

Unconciousness usually happen in 20 minutes (from videos), nausea is usually almost instant. If you want to CTB be careful to not fall asleep before you take the SN

Can you afford to go to a psychiatrist? Surely they'll at least prescribe you some hydroxyzine.
