SN with or without Caps?

Just reading through the SN failures/non-failures Google Docs.

Taste seems to be an issue. SN better with caps? If caps, what size caps would be the most effective? How many would I need for a 25gm dose?

From my research it seems the taste is bearable, nothing worth potentially ruining the method over.
