SN with only antiemetic and painkillers

I don't wanna over complicate things. I know that the rest just makes the process easier but I just want the the essentials. I don't even think I'll use the painkillers. I've already started taken the antiemetic, tomorrow I will hopefully take down the rest and then I'll drink the SN.

Seems like antiemetics are the most important part. I think nothing else is essential but can make the process a little easier to withstand. Oh, right. Fasting is also very important. I wish you the best.

I'm doing plain SN, are antiemetics absolutely necessary? I can't obtain anything else besides the SN.

I would definitely get some advil though. As your oxygen levels drop a common side effect is headache and painkillers can help alleviate that.

Antiemetics are probably just as important as the SN itself. Yes it's possible to succeed without it but unlikely. Not worth the risk. Antiemetic keeps the sn in your stomach. If you need an antiemetic try getting dramidom you don't need a prescription and it's pretty common in pharmacy's

And the fact that even with meto loads of people seem to puke regardless. Always do what you think is best, but the more I read about people's experiences with SN the less I think antiemetics are as important as most people think.

Finally some on this thread agree with what I've been saying this for 3 years. My plan for SN is just 3 glasses of SN in water. Meto (antiemetic) 30 mg stat dose 45 minutes before SN . fasting . PPH overcomplicated things with all kinds of drugs propalonol, antacid etc and now they say those are unecessary. The simpler something is the better and easier to implement. imo you don't even need the antiemetic but i think that helps reduce the probability of vomiting. Take the first glass of SN . if still conscious or vomit take the 2nd and so on. It is essential to have at least 3 glasses of SN in case of vomiting , spitting out , or spilling etc. The key ingredient is SN and in water. Fasting helps imo. Meto helps imo.
