What if I do or don't throw up, how long to wait to call emergency in other words when to decide it failed than it's better to get help the sooner the better but ofcourse not to soon.. any ideas?

Difficult question and difficult to answer. It can be too soon and and you could have died successfully. And it can be too late and you already have permanent damage. Your question sounds like you are not 100% convinced of this method, which I can totally understand !

Even if your SN isn't > 95% pure I don't think you can fail if you used enough and it's inside you, unless you have Nitrate, but I'd say wait like half an hour and if you're still conscious then make the call.

If you take the right dose, around 20mg SN with antiemetic pills against puking and maybe some benzodiazepines against panic. Then it should make you lose consciousness in about 10-15 minutes. Call the ambulance if you won't lose consciousness within 40 minutes after taking it in.

Some wake up after 4 hours or so while vomited during unconsciousness then call an ambulance too I guess??

Of course not, but almost every method holds some sort of risk right. You have to decide whether it's worth the risk, and only you know that.
