I have already known that side effect of meto is dangerous so it is not recommended anymore so what is the best choice?
Many people have still used it successfully, but due to its dangers I wouldn't- I don't think there is a concensus not to it it though. I do know that @Cheers used over the counter Meclizine successfully. There are other antiemitics listed in Stan's guide- five other ones I think.

Seconding Domperidone. It works the same way as Metoclopramide, though apparently is not quite as effective. According to various articles online and also the actual medication leaflet, it doesn't readily cross the blood-brain-barrier so extrapyramidal side effects are a lot rarer.

Excellent information- not too many doctors here, but good internet searches will help people to find better alternatives. Due to high blood pressure I'll need to pass on the salt , though, I'll use some pepper and some garlic powder instead. :)

Metho is the only over-the-counter antiemetic I can get, and sadly from 5mg tablets.
However these recent changes are strange, perhaps as I suspected the sn is not as safe and infallible as they wanted us to believe.
Have the doses also changed?
According to the April guide, the standard dose of sn is 25g (before 20 and before 15).
There is never an end, what anger.

Meto has had a "black box warning" since 2009 related to the risk of tardive dyskinesia, which is a horrible condition, and it can occur from one dose- a black box warning is the most serious type of warning for any pharmaceutical. Many people have used it successfully with sn, but this risk is very real.- so if there is a failed sn attempt then a person can be in a bad place from this. It's a judgment call, thoughj, most ctb asttempts have some risk of serious damage without ctb, if people are "rescued" at the wrong point.

I would look at the thread above and assess the risk for yourself, and do further resedarch on the internet. But no one could say that they are not at risk, sometimes meto causes these side effects and sometimes it doesn't.
