I feel like jumping and hanging are too painful and too long :/ SN seems the least painful
I've contemplated jumping before and chickened out. I feel like at least with SN it's a smoother way to go. I'd rather drink something and pass out than jump and feel the pain and possibly survive paralysed
Jumping can sound like its an easier option but its much harder to actually do because it takes nerve to actually step off the ledge, roof or whatever when you are up , way up , there.
jumping from a very high place can be painless, if you hang yourself in the right way you can pass out in 12-14 seconds, but I chose SN because I don't want my survival instinct to work
