An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.
Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.
Hello, this is my first time writing on here. I would like to know why so many people are choosing SN to ctb. Maybe I've done the wrong research, but I would like to know what are the the pros and cons of choosing this method. Thank you to anyone that replies.

It works, isn't illegal so no need to go onto dark web, keeps well in storage so you don't need to use it straight away and is (relatively) quick acting. And, of course, you don't need to travel anywhere special to take it; you can ctb in your own home in bed.
+legal
+easy to get
+very low costs
+high success rate if executed correctly
+no noteworthy danger for other persons who will find you
+quick
-causes some degree of indisposition until the unconsciousness (not "peaceful")
-the overuse of Benzodiazepine can cause long-term damages in case of failure

Availability - efficiency - price - relatively calm and almost completely painless - quite fast - in case of failure, it leaves no lasting consequences
On the cons side, there is apparently some degree of 'dribbling' (from the mouth) in the latter stages when unconscious. I mention this as it may be a deal breaker for some.
