Help Sn shelf life?

I kinda want to order SN, but I'm doing pretty well right now so I don't think I'll CBT this year or maybe even next. I just want an option available. Does SN decompose or is it shelf stable?
PS: I know that this has probably been asked a million times, but I can't search yet and I'm too lazy to look manually. Thanks

As long as it's kept in an airtight container and stored in a cool, dry place it should be good for years.
