8:00: drink 20g SN in 50ml water

it has been said that fasting is strongly recommended, or at least, a liquid fast would do. will you not take any antiemetics to prevent nausea and vomiting? if you don't have access to any, prepare several cups of the SN to drink when you vomit.

I ended up eating a handful of cashews instead of drinking the SN. I didn't throw up but I also didn't ctb so kind of a mixed bag.

My favorite health advisor, andrew saul, said that a handful of cashews was the equivalent of antidepressants. I disagree because those drugs don't make people happy but cashews do.

Enjoy a plan B. Walmart has really nice cashews for cheap.
