It will help a lot depending on how long youve fasted if im not mistaken; just take it to be sure. If you dont wish to its alright as well. All you really need is SN. There are a lot of accounts where SN was all they took to successfully punch their tickets. Dont forget to fast, no alcohol or juices, prep 2 - 3 doses because you will surely puke, sit tight and enjoy the ride.
