Looking into SN whenever i decide to cbt. I saw you're supposed to take water w it, but was wondering what would happen if I were to drink alcohol or smoke weed beforehand to calm my nerves? i.e. would it ruin everything lol

I think mixing it with alcohol could make you puke, there is always this possibility. I don't think that weed could interact with it, just like taking benzos or anything to calm your nerves beforehand, if it calms you that's nice, but don't take enough to puke.

Alcohol increases the heart rate even more. So you would probably also need more Propranolol. And as LivideLamb said, you might have to puke. So you better use Diazepam and/or valerian.
