If I transferred my SN from the bag into a plastic jar back in March and left it in the vent near the ceiling in the bathroom, what are the chances that it went bad?

Is there a shower in the bathroom? Two things you want to keep away from anything stored long-term is heat and moisture. A shower would introduce both.

This is not saying your SN is ruined but this would not be ideal storage.

Yes, there is a shower. But in addition to that, so that you understand how it works: there is a grid, and if you lift it, there will be a pipe connecting the toilet room. And from there, it goes through the main ventilation. The can with CH is located 30-40 centimeters from the pipe connecting to the toilet room
