Is there a a chance you can possibly wake up blind or paralyzed after failed SN attempt if something went wrong in terms of puking or not enough purity

i wouldn't want to be blind afterwards because it would completely destroy my chances of another attempt.

just try to make sure the purity of what u are getting is 95% or higher and drink 25g and you should be ok if you take antiemetic also

I bought it sometime ago does purity goes down overtime or not by a huge metric?

It was in a tube with seal opened.

But if for example you make an attempt on Switzerland territory wouldn't you be eligible for assisted dying by Swiss laws?
