Is it possible to puke out sn after you pass out. Any chance of it becoming well...not as "deadly" after passing out?

There's definitely a chance that you puke after you are passed out and it becomes less deadly, however, many users have reported puking before they passed out and still died afterwards.

I would imagine puking after passing out would be very dangerous, you are at high risk for aspirating and possibly suffocating. like partying idiots at college campuses that try to force someone to drink more after they've almost passed out.
It should take at least 20 minutes before you pass out. At that point if you have fasted at the very least for eight hours, you should have absorbed enough to be fatal. Just don't get saved. The chance of puking while you are unconscious is possible, which is why they recommend laying down on your side so you don't choke on your throw up.
