Help SN protocol

Idk if this sounds dumb but I have a few questions about the SN protocol since im writing up mine rn:

1. It says take Ibuprofen in Vizzy's guide, but do you take it with water? I saw another post that asked this and the replier said "take it whole" or something along those lines but I'm unsure if that's whole with water (since the poster asked if they should crush it) or whole alone.

2. Do I fast for 8 hours or 24 hours? I was going for 24, but in the same post I saw that the poster said something about a lot of successes with an 8 hour fast and the responder said something about it being harder to stomach something really salty after 24 hours, so do I go for around 8 hours?

3. Also, you mix it with a plastic utensil, right? I think I heard something about metal being bad but I dunno

Nothing dumb about asking questions! You can take ibuprofen with minimal water if you wish, just a sip or two would be okay. As far as fasting goes I'm not sure, I think at least a 12 hour fast is fairly popular. The idea is just that you want your digestive tract to be as empty as possible, each person is different when it comes to this kind of thing so it may be something you have to try to measure yourself. 8-12 hours is enough. As the other commentor said you want your stomach to be empty and differs from person to person.

For the third one. Yes plastic or wooden is the popular choices for being on the safer side.
