Is it OK for me to use Xanax as my SN protocol benzo? If so, how much do I need to ingest? It needs to be crushed and mixed with water, correct?

Pretty sure your answers are: yes, not sure, no.

For that second one, the dose, it just takes a few mg to chill you out hard...would people take 10mg to smooth out a suicide? That's a lot. Idk.
