My current SN items in a picture. Some of my items to go along with this are not included in the picture such as, a measuring cup for water of 50ml portion, and ibuprofen pills. I may also be in need of some other items I have not attempted yet.
I do not plan on attempting SN until atleast a week or two more.
Below I will post my 3 day regime and the notes I have that go along with it.

NOTES
The aim is to flood your bloodstream with the right amount of SN as quickly as possible so you do not feel any symptoms for any longer than you need to. This is why using the SN in water is recommended above any other method.
Some people use a strong mouthwash to numb their tongue and tastebuds before or after drinking the SN. Or a small piece of confectionery to remove the taste afterwards.
Avoid drinking anything two hours prior to drinking the sodium―except plain water, if you need to.
It is important that all of the SN is dissolved. If there are crystals still at the bottom of the glass, add small bits of water and keep stirring. The aim is to use as little water as possible.

08:00hrs 1 X 10mg Primperan (meto)
16:00hrs 1 X 10mg Primperan
24:00hrs 1 X 10mg Primperan
begin fast
Day 3 Medication and Dose
08:00hrs 1 X 10mg Primperan
16:00hrs 1 X 10mg Primperan
20:00hrs 800mg of Tagamet
21:30hrs 3 X 10mg Primperan (30mg in total)
22:30hrs 600mg of Ibuprofen. Plus
23:00hrs Double dose of what is recommended on the label of the antacid.???
24:00hrs 25 g of SN in 50 mL of room temperature water. Drink SN

30minutes after that 60 ml of milk of magnesia
30 minutes after that 3 teaspoons of Sn in as little water as possible. (I don't have a scale.)
23:15 magnesium milk (recommended 2 teaspoons, will take 4 teaspoons).
