SN plan question

I am looking at using ativan aka lorazepam along with my SN, I see other benzos discussed but not really this one. Just wondering when I should take it? Along with how much.

I do not have access to meto if that makes any difference

Any benzo will do, you only need it to act short term

I'm also going with Lorazepam. 5mg. Cuz I have a quite high tolerance. I think in Stans Guide it's stated to take the benzo 1 hour before drinking SN. That's enough time for it too kick in.

Have my SN have enough for 4 x 25g drinks
Have written my letters/emails
Have booked a hotel room
Have written a will
Have ancillaries, except no access to meto or other anti-emetics. But have ativan, quetiapine, acetaminophen, etc and some cannabis (legal in canada)
My plan is to take the SN around 6 or 7pm on the big day (approx 2 weeks). So I will start my fast at 9 or 10am. I planned it so I'd have easily 12hrs or more until I'm found, will have timed text messages to send info to family where to find my body.

I'm planning on having some music playing and looking at a sideshow of pictures of my animals while I wait to pass out.

Midazolam, Lorazepam and Diazepam are the most commonly used for surgery to induce sleep or reduce anxiety; so I think it is an appropriate one. I would love to get my hands on any of these, unfortunately only have clonazepam :(
