Discussion SN...pain and suffocating?

These are two very debated points about the SN method and i read a lot here and in other places...apart from accessibility and effectivness which both are almost beyond dispute.i still don't have a clear picture about pain and suffocation. On Pain you can find all kinds of conflicting reports from nothing to slight headache to unbearable Pain...do you think it is a 50/50 chance if you've taken the standard dose with antiemetics and everything that it will hurt?...second point is every report on methaemoglobonaemia describe shortness of breath as a leading symptom but will it be simply increased breathing or actually suffocating feeling?
Secondly alternative options for me would be Amitryptilline and Chlouroquine..but are far less discussed here...do you think they are MORE peacefull than SN? Amitryptilline mechanism is a cardiac arrest which does not involve suffocating at least i think.

I'm starting to have doubts. I think knowing it takes twelve minutes is pain enough. Just let me buy a gun and be done with it already

I did this before the new year with no emetics. I saved myself about 3 minutes after drinking. I went to a friends house who lives in the same street as me and gradually started feeling dizzy after about 15 minutes. The ambulance came at about 20 minutes when the ambulance came I slowly became disorientated and collapsed in the ambulance. Then when in the hospital they had me on an oxygen mask I remember I kept taking it off to talk to family members and I went unconscious again and it was instant. When I woke up I thought I must of fallen asleep. I vomited while unconsciousness I remember a nurse gave me a small cup of water a family member said they gave me the water to purposely cause vomit. They said my arms also contorted. They had me on a methaline blue drip and had me in an icu for 2 days. They also put me on a cathater and I wasn't allowed to drink fluids. I got released from hospital on the third day.

None whatsoever. I didnt even weigh the sn I just got a table spoonful put it in water and drunk. The taste was horrible but defiantly no vomit at least for me.

That's very encouraging.. so would you do it again with SN if you want to CBT?

I didnt experience pain at all. Nor did I experience it in the hospital. In the hospital when I woke up no I did not have the feeling of shortness of breath although I kept taking my oxygen mask off to talk. I remember waking up thinking I must have fallen asleep. I went unconsciousness and there was no feeling of going unconsciousness like the first time.

No because waiting 20 minutes is too agonising for me. I would just be thinking about my Mother and I will never see her again. 20 minutes is to long.
