i was thinking about hanging before but, in my opinion SN is the easiest way out and less painful. also, if i was found using SN there will be no permanent health effects. than with hanging, there will be a high chance u would be a vegetable (brain dead).

Unlike persistent vegetative state, brain death is the irreversible loss of all functions of the brain, including the brainstem (which controls breathing and other vital functions). Certain reflexes, such as spontaneous movement of limbs or sweating, sometimes occur in brain dead individuals.
SN, and I'm not the biggest fan of it, but partial hanging is difficult to get right, I think also depends on the anatomy of the patient, besides I think that if something goes wrong, it's more likely to provoke sequelae.
