I've found it tough recently myself. It is the method I intend to go through with. I feel like it's one of those things that no amount of practice will really help. You just have to be done with everything enough to just do it. I tried practicing just last night actually and it just felt so overwhelming. I honestly feel like for me it would be easier to jump or do full suspension.

I changed to full suspension from partial for this reason. It's a yolo thing 100%

Oh for sure. If I had a reliable anchor point I'd go with full suspension as well. Honestly half considering hyperventilating+drowning because I'm not even sure the anchor point for partial is good enough.

This method consists of you locking your arteries/jugulars, thus making you start to lose consciousness and finally faint... you won't feel much, but you will have to endure a brief discomfort. If you don't do it right, you may have problems hiding marks and you will get headaches, depending on the person.
You can find anchor points on windows with bars, ceiling fans (strong enough to support your body weight), or beams where you can easily tie the rope. There would be other points like in the bathroom for example, you could tie it between the shower but I don't recommend it depending on which resistant
