SN only option. HELP

I have tried PH and I always get that natural instinct to remove so that one is out for me. I have heard of N but it is hard to get and my only option would be SN which I can order on AM but how much would I need to take for it to work and is the nausea med taken before or after the SN?

The bottles on AM should already have enough, most should have several oz, which is much more than enough in grams.
