  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

I have SN on the way, now onto antiemetics: Will Quietapine work as an option for not puking? I have easy access to it.

Quetiapine isn't typically used as an antiemetic. It's not especially reliable for preventing vomiting. Some people might find it sedating enough to ease nausea a bit. If you've got easy access to it, it might help take the edge off anxiety, but I wouldn't count on it to stop you being sick. You'd be better off looking for something like metoclopramide or ondansetron.

Is the antiemetic absolutely essential?

What if I just put the 50g of SN in a bottle of water and drank it?

From what I've read, the AE seems to be very important. Vomiting will likely happen with or without, but they help with gastric emptying.

I'm also unsure about doubling the recommended dose. People here seem to really stick to the 25g SN + 50ml water quantities, so that's what I'm going to stick to just to be safe. I fear if I had too much SN in one go it would only make me throw up way too soon, with or without AEs

I thought 50g was the recommended dose... I weigh 160 lbs.

You mean the antiemetic? All I can get is Quietapine, but I will start taking it soon.

Both of these threads reference 25g of SN per portion. It's completely up to you though, everyone's protocols will be individual to them

Thank you for your help.

So Olanzapine is available to me. @restlesseyes do you know how many mg to be on and for how long?

And 25 g in 50 ml of water. @ForeverCaHa thank you for your help.
Olanzapine... I'll take a huge dose the night before I use my SN.

Antiemetic is just to ease the discomfort symptoms. It can be done alone but most likely you'll just end up throwing it up. Its there to increase success rate

What about doubling the dose, taking 50 mg in the event you have no AE?
